Field Conditions



Richmond Model Flying Club A.M.A. Club Charter #467

The objective of this club shall be to promote MODEL BUILDING and FLYING in
Richmond County, and to aid insofar as possible, the national program of the Academy
of Model Aeronautics and its model activities, looking toward the continual advancement
of model aviation in all its phases in the United States. All special or local enterprises of the
R.M.F.C., shall conform to the policies of the A.M.A. and to its regulations governing model
aircraft flying and competitions.

Club Flying Hours

Monday Thru Friday starting time: 8:00 A.M. To dusk
Saturday: 9:00 A.M. to dusk
Sunday: 10:00 A.M. to dusk

If you have a noisy engine put on the appropriate muffler to cut down the
noise or wait till 10:00 A.M. to fly! We do not want any noise complaints.
If someone tells you that your plane makes too much noise WAIT
til 10:00 A.M. to fly!

Main safety rule DO NOT FLY ALONE! Be sure that there are two people.
Anyone can have a serious accident or get cut by a prop! We do not want
anyone hurt especially when they are by themselves.
SO DON’T FLY ALONE!!!!!
